All info submitted to My Lollipop Shop is kept confidential. We will not share your name, address, email address or telephone number with any third party. We value your privacy and use this information for shipping and ordering purposes only.

Special Offers:
My Lollipop Shop will occasionally offer special promotional discounts and offers. To take advantage of special offers, discount codes must be entered during the checkout process. If the code is not entered the discount will not apply. Discounts cannot be applied once the order process is complete.

Sales Tax:
We are located in South Carolina, so by law we are required to collect sales tax for orders which are shipped within our state. Orders outside of South Carolina are exempt from sales tax.

Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from My Lollipop Shop, we will happily accept a return within 14 days after you received the item for an exchange or a complete refund, less shipping cost. If you received free shipping, our shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund.

No returns or exchanges after 30 days from our ship date.

Items must be returned to My Lollipop Shop in new, unused condition, in original packaging and have all tags attached.

The following items are not returnable merchandise: handmade items, custom items, personalized items, holiday items, clearance items and hair bows.

Sale items may be returned for a store credit or exchanged for other merchandise. Clearance items are final sale and are not returnable.

Please DO NOT send anything back until you have contacted us first and have instructions for your return.

When returning an item, please include a copy of your sales receipt.

Returns can only be credited back to the credit card used to make the original purchase at My Lollipop Shop.

Credit or shipments will be processed within 14 days after the item is received. You will receive notification by email to the email address on file at the time the credit or exchange is processed.

Please note that you should always insure your package and get a tracking number or confirmed delivery before returning items.
