All non-custom items are guaranteed. You may return items for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) or an exchange within 14 days of purchase. Sale items and special order items are final sale. Returned items must be unused, unworn condition with the tags still attached. If you are returning an item for a refund you will be credited via the original method of payment within 24 hours of your return. Returns should be sent via a trackable, insured service to assure delivery.
